Customers are also responsible for ensuring they have authority to authorize work on the equipment.
Payments
Payment is due according to the agreed service terms, estimate, invoice, or written agreement. Late payments, returned payments, storage, collection costs, or other fees may apply where permitted by law and by the applicable invoice or agreement.
Parts and Materials
Parts availability, pricing, freight, and substitutions may affect estimates and timelines. Replacement parts may be new, aftermarket, rebuilt, or equivalent parts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Warranty
Any warranty offered applies only to the specific repair or workmanship described on the invoice or written agreement.
